Aberrant Right Coronary Artery

A 43 year old woman with longstanding syncopal episodes but no chest pain underwent cardiac cath because of elevated troponin.  She was found to have an aberrant right coronary originating from the left coronary cusp, with tight narrowing in the groove between the aorta and RV.  Ventricle and other coronaries were normal.  Surgery has been suggested.  What procedure would you do?
